All item(s) are fully tested before shipping by our highly qualified and experienced technicians.

Returns/exchanges should be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Deposits for special orders and shipping are non-refundable. No Returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA number. Please, fill the form (Contact Us) to obtain a RMA number. Don't forget to include the serial number (SN) of the item that you are returning/exchanging in the message section. Refund won't be issued or partial refund will be issued if the package is missing item(s). 

Buyer is responsible for all returns/exchanges shipping charges.
